Andreas - is an experienced business manager, consultant and educator who has worked on sustainability cases in every business sector. As founder and managing partner of Cross Relations he helps organizations to improve the performance of their communication programs. He advocates transparency and dialogue orientated communication approaches and has great experience in dealing with responsibility issues and communication risks. In Germany today, he is also a much sought-after consultant in crises in the food industry.
After studying chemistry, he has worked as a management assistant for ESPRIT Germany, then as a free consultant in environmental management. As a communication consultant at ABC Düsseldorf he launched in 1995 the first agency bound consulting offer for environmental reporting in Germany. With his own consultancy crossrelations he realized in the year 2000 the first sustainability report orientated on guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Later crossrelations became also an Organizational Stakeholder (OS) of GRI. As a member of the international GRI Standards Pioneers Group with crossrelations, he actively supported the introduction of the new GRI Standards. During the years he has consulted on a hundred of non-financial reports and alike projects, in many cases helping organizations building up supporting structures and processes. From 2002 to 2007 Andreas was a Vice President of GPRA, the German trade association representing the leading PR agencies. From 2006 to 2016 Andreas teached corporate communications and CSR as a visiting lecturer at Hannover University of Applied Science. Further lectureships at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences, CSR at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Since 2012, he has been a member of the jury of the ECON Awards for Corporate Communications and is responsible for the category of sustainability reporting. He is a member of the DLG (German Agricultural Society) advisory board for consumer issues. Andreas has written numerous articles for publication in books and business journals on communication management, CSR and sustainability communication. He has held fellowships from the Brookings Institute, the Rand Corporation, Harvard University and MIT.
Anu Gupta - APR - started her public relations career in Bangalore (India’s Silicon Valley) over 20 years ago, whereafter she moved to Dubai and set-up her own public relations agency – Watermelon PR, which grew to become one of the strongest local independent public relations agencies in Dubai, UAE. After her move to Singapore in 2009, she spent a few years as a freelance writer. In 2017, she joined Asia PR Werkz as a Director, providing services for start-ups and venture capitalist firms locally and across Asia.

The tool has since been successfully used across markets globally by multiple companies across sectors, provides a structured methodology for brands to transfer their ethos, persona and cues intact and aligned to the cultural sensitivities of the new market they are being introduced in. Humphrey, III. he has a long-standing knowledge and expertise in crisis response teams for a wide range of industries like healthcare, technology, government and retail sectors.
